Refurbishment and reconfiguration of 1500sqm of high end commercial office space at 75 St Stephen’s Green, Dublin 2 for a multinational Private Equity firm.
The project included new high spec office and break out spaces, meeting booths, flexible working areas, private offices, new conferencing facilities, café areas and staff shower and changing facilities. Reception and front of house meeting facilities were completely replanned and refurbished with a focus on a high end visitor experience with state of the art telecoms and conferencing facilities.
Meeting booths, informal meeting and break out areas, huddle rooms and phone booth pods all contribute to provide a variety of types of working spaces for a variety of ways of working, from formal Client facing meetings, to internal team meeting, peer to peer review or private conversations. The staff experience is also enhanced with dual aspect café and canteen areas overlooking areas St Stephen’s Green.
