Cullen Payne are delighted to announce the appointment of Hugh McDermott as Senior Architect, recognising Hugh’s ongoing and key contribution to the practice.
Hugh joined Cullen Payne Architects in 2015. He studied in University College Dublin and became a Registered Architect in 2020. His considered, disciplined, and professional approach to complex projects is a constant source of assurance for those who work with him.
In his career to date Hugh has gained experience working on projects of a variety of types and scales across all work stages. He has worked on a number of large residential projects such as Albert Wharf and Goodluck Hope in London since joining the practice, and more recently lead our team on a large and complex multi disciplinary programme of works across 42 schools. Hugh’s precision was a key factor in making those projects such a success. Hugh has also been heavily involved with our residential sector projects, leading such recent projects as Killeens Housing in Wexford.
