Cullen Payne Architects have recently completed the refurbishment and reconfiguration of 500sqm of high-end commercial office space on the fifth floor at 50 Ringsend Road Dublin 4 for Arup Ireland.

The project included the refurbishment and redecoration of the office work floor, the re-planning and refurbishment of the existing boardroom with a focus on a high-end visitor experience and state of the art telecoms and conferencing facilitates, a new staff breakout area and coffee dock, new meeting room facilities and a new staff wellness space
